The Scott Building will be a new teaching building for the Northern School of Art. Subject to funding approval, the School will refurbish the former public works store adjacent to the design campus.
This exciting project is being developed in a partnership between The Northern School of Art, Hartlepool Borough Council and the Tees Valley Combined Authority.
