The Tees Valley Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) will support young people across the Tees Valley aged 15-29 who are unemployed and/or not in education, employment or training.
Tees Valley Pathways and Routeways YEI Programmes can help your business grow by:

- Working with you to recruit suitably skilled employees and apprentices; n
- Providing you with young people who are skilled, knowledgeable and ready for work; n
- Developing work trials, work experience placements and other opportunities for young people within your business; n
- Developing employment and/or enterprise programmes with your company to ensure young people have the skills your business requires. n
