What do employers want from the next generation of employees and do you feel schools are preparing their students for the world of work?
Hartlepool Borough Council – Economic Regeneration Team are looking for employers and local businesses to contribute to this debate by coming along to a breakfast event to meet local secondary and primary school headteachers.
The aim of the event is for employers and headteachers to come together and discuss what skills and attributes employers want for their future workforce. This information will help educationalists to shape the school curriculum and develop pathways for our next generation.
