The Tees Valley Combined Authority and Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) are looking to recruit a new LEP Chair and new LEP members from the private sector to deliver ambitious economic plans.
LEP members from the private sector play a vital role in ensuring the authority's vision and plans support economic growth LEP members typically work to support strategies for skills and employment, improving transport infrastructure, promoting finance for business, and raising the profile of Tees Valley to inward investors. By becoming a Associate Members of the Combined Authority Cabinet, you will influence decision-making, and have a direct impact on the economic future of Tees Valley. You will have influence nationally and across the north of England through the LEP Network and NP11 group.
Applications are particularly encouraged from female and SME representatives in business. Through recruitment, the LEP will look to appoint a broad range of business representation from across all sectors, including, but not limited to: manufacturing, energy and the process industries, transport, business and professional services and health.
