The awards are made annually by The Queen, and are only given for the highest levels of excellence. They are judged to a demanding level and winners receive a number of benefits and worldwide recognition.
Previous corporate winners have come from a diverse selection of business sectors and have included large and small businesses. Recipients of the individual award have been from varied social and professional backgrounds.
If you know someone who has actively encouraged and/or excelled in 'Enterprise Promotion', you can nominate them for a QAEP to publically recognise their efforts and achievements.
Entrants should not be deterred by the competitive nature of the scheme - Nothing ventured; nothing gained.
The closing date for entries is the last working day of September each year and the winners are announced on 21 April the following year.
Award winners receive a certificate signed by The Queen and a crystal Rose Bowl, presented by the Lord-Lieutenant on behalf of Her Majesty after the citation has been read to the workforce by the Clerk to the Lieutenancy
