One of 80 EU rural funded programmes across England, The Tees Valley & Vale of Mowbray LEADER Programme is now open to receive Outline Applications for a share of £1.23m of funding to support rural economic growth and employment across this new LEADER area, covering the rural areas of Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough, Darlington and part of Hambleton District.
nThese areas have never had access to LEADER before and have not received much significant rural funding in the past. This first call for project outline applications will close on December 18th 2015 with a second call to close in March 2016.

- Support for rural tourism n
- Support for rural services n
- Support for cultural and heritage activities n
- Support for increasing forestry productivity n
