New Tees Valley ERDF Calls - Launch Events

Four Tees Valley ERDF calls are expected to be launched on Friday 28th June 2019 under the following themes:

The closing date for all four calls is likely to be Monday 30th September 2019.


LAUNCH EVENTS
3 Launch events have been arranged as follows:

Each event is the same and will cover all four priorities so you only need to attend one.

Wednesday 3 July 2019 – 9am to 12 noon at the National Horizons Centre, 38 John Dixon Lane, Darlington, DL1 1GP

Tuesday 9 July – 9am to 12 noon at TVCA Cavendish House, Teesdale Business Park, Thornaby, TS17 6QY

Wednesday 10 July – 9am to 12 noon at the BIS Centre, 13-17 Whitby Street, Hartlepool, TS24 7AD

ELIGIBLE ACTIVITY
The following activity is expected to be included:

PROMOTING RESEARCH AND INNOVATION – PRIORITY AXIS 1
The call is likely to state that the focus is on revenue support, particularly the provision of intensive support leading to an increase in innovative capacity for new and established businesses innovating in smart specialisation areas. 

ENHANCING ACCESS TO, AND USE AND QUALITY OF ICT – PRIORITY AXIS 2

Projects under this call should look to enhance the access to, and use and quality of, Information and Communications Technology.

 

SME COMPETITIVENESS – PRIORITY AXIS 3
This call looks to enhance the competitiveness of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

Local priorities will be:
Increasing productivity
Start-up/Scale up
Supply Chain Development
Access to Finance and Investment Readiness

LOW CARBON – PRIORITY AXIS 4
This call is looking to support the shift towards a low carbon economy in all sectors.
