In response to the Low Pay Commission’s recommendations on National Living Wage and National Minimum Wage (NMW) rates, the NLW is set to increase by 6.2% in 2020 and annual pay is set to rise up to £930 for a full-time worker. The NLW is increasing from £8.21 to £8.72, with the new NLW starting on 1 April 2020 and applying to over 25 years olds.
