The EU Settlement Scheme opened for applications on Monday 21st January 2019.
If you have employees who are EU citizens, they and their families will be able to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after the 30th June 2021.

A person does not need to apply if:
- they are an Irish citizen – any family members from outside either the UK or Ireland will still need to apply
- they have indefinite leave to enter the UK
- they have indefinite leave to remain in the UK
The EU Settlement Scheme will open fully by the 30th March 2019 but applications can be made now if the criteria is met.
