The Department for Business Innovation & Skills has introduced new guidance for employers on Zero Hours Contracts.
nThe guidance explains that ‘zero hours contract’ is a non-legal term but it is a contract which many employers use to give flexibility in the workplace. In practice however, some employees are working on a more regular basis and may be engaged on a different type of contact.
