The Business Compass Leadership and Management Programme has been designed to encourage the growth ambitions of Tees Valley SMEs by providing grant funding for Projects that can increase leadership and management capability or capacity.
Eligible Projects - external provision of coaching, mentoring or knowledge transfer relating to any business discipline that will improve the capability and/or capacity of leaders and/or managers.
Grant offer - up to 40% funding towards Projects costing between £2,500 and £5000.
