Tim is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Associate Fellow of the BPS and a registered Occupational Psychologist with the HCPC. He is experienced in assessment, consultancy, research, product development and training and also many years’ in applying occupational psychology in the workplace.

Tim is Director of Psysoft, specialising in assessment, psychometric testing and emotional intelligence. Tim has presented many papers at the BPS Division of Occupational Psychology conferences on Internet-based testing and e-learning.

Prior to working at Psysoft, Tim spent 10+ years at SHL, where he had various roles in software development, research, test development, assessment, consultancy and training.

Tim is an approved trainer of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 emotional intelligence assessments.
