The Interim Finance Director Programme [iFD] has been developed to assist in deterring what is a cause of most business failures: Financial Control.
The IFD is designed to equip selected companies with the skills necessary for them to develop financial management and control procedures, in order to effectively sustain and exert a strong financial presence.
Carrie has solid and proven experience in leading the financial and operational resources of organisations including positions as Head or Director of Finance and Corporate Resources across a number of different organisations both in the private and public sector.
