Difficult Conversations & HR Update

All too often it can be easier to ignore a problem because you know that facing up to it will be uncomfortable and potentially tricky. Sometimes the problem will go away, but when it comes to issues within the workplace, problems have a tendency to grow or they come back to bite you at some point in the future.

This workshop will look at how to tackle some of the scary topics in the workplace looking at a variety of scenarios, such as poor performance.

The event will also include a brief employment law update so that attendees can keep up to date with recent developments.
