The BIS - a new managed workspace facility will be constructed on the site of the former GPO building on Whitby Street to provide business incubation facilities for start up businesses in the creative industries sector including design graduates from the Northern School of Art (CCAD). The centre will offer office and workshop space together with specialist business support.
